N. Alizé Allison

N. Alizé Allison is MTWB’s Director of Capital Projects and responsible for delivering real estate development projects on time and underbudget. Alizé received a B.S. in Real Estate and a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School of Business where he was distinguished as a Martin Bucksbaum Fellow by the faculty of the Zell-Lurie Real Estate Center. Alizé is also a 2019 graduate of DiversForce on Board’s governance program at the University of Pennsylvania, which provides training necessary to achieve greater effectiveness as organizational leaders at nonprofit organizations. Over the course of his career Alizé has completed over $3.7 billion in commercial real estate and M&A transactions, which includes nine years serving as Director of Development for a Philadelphia-based real estate investment trust. A seasoned Silicon Valley entrepreneur, Alizé co-founded Pranos.ai, the first outdoor publishing platform for consumers, prior to joining MTWB. Outside of the office Alizé is an active fashion model that enjoys traveling, playing basketball, chess, weightlifting, and ninja warrior training.
