Jesse Rendell
Executive Director
Jesse Rendell, Executive Director of MTWB, is a lifelong Philadelphian and a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Arts and Sciences and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. As a lawyer, entrepreneur and non-profit contributor, Jesse has been involved in multiple business ventures and worked with various non-profits throughout his career. Most recently, Jesse served as Managing Director at Afiniti, a global tech unicorn that utilizes artificial intelligence to improve customer experience for large enterprises. Jesse has also been a key advisor and business manager for his father, former Governor Edward G. Rendell, overseeing many aspects of his post-electoral private sector career including staffing, accounting, and business development. Jesse has continuously remained committed to serving his community through his work with non-profits that advocate for Philadelphia’s youth and the proliferation of its arts and culture. Jesse served as a member of the board of directors at MTWB for many years before becoming its Executive Director, and he is also currently a board member at Skate Philly and the Rendell Center for Civics and Civic Engagement. Jesse is a longtime resident of the East Falls neighborhood where he currently lives with his wife Beka and their two children, Dean and Rosalind.
